I will help you to harness AI to:

  • spot funding opportunities that vibe with your mission
  • break down market trends ( & barriers!) to work most efficiently in your lane of business
  • refine your applications/ pitches to ensure they hit all the right notes with that audience

About The Speaker:

A visionary leader at the intersection of tech, community, and creative innovation, Rose Kaz (she/her) is a business strategist, tech translator and digital media expert with a deep commitment to equity, innovation, and storytelling. With a background spanning brand building, digital production, and economic development, she leverages state-of-the-art technology to amplify impact-driven initiatives.

Born into a world of creativity and crafts-womanship, Rose was raised by her single Mother- an artist & costume designer, Grandmother and Great Grand mother in a multi generational home.

Rose is a first generation university graduate and has always embodied the role of big sister and mentor in every community she’s led. A lifelong problem solver and producer, she launched her second venture as lead camera operator and executive producer for her own global digital media company, prioritizing equity and inclusion in media production long before it became an industry buzzword.

Keeping the latest tech tools in both front and back pocket, she has remained at the forefront of strategic business development, brand growth through digital storytelling, and emerging technologies—leading with both empathy and decisive action.

Most recently, Rose served as Executive Director at The Hub @ Portland State University, where she fostered technology-driven innovation and economic equity. As the Founder of LBI Digital and Business 4 Good, she has built and led tech-forward entrepreneurial communities and empowering businesses with the tools to scale.

A lifelong learner, Rose is thrilled to have been accepted to MIT's AI program Spring 2025. She is also a proud cohort member of Equifax, RAIN, TiE, Supermajority Education Fund, Center for Creative Economy, and 1871 Women in Tech.

Rose thrives at the forefront of tech accessibility, AI literacy, and community-driven digital evolution. She is a conduit for innovation, ensuring that creative technology remains accessible and intersectional, driving a future where digital spaces reflect true equity and inclusion
