Session Description: 

In this interactive workshop, you will learn to:

• Identify your unique networking style: Understand your comfort zones as an introvert and leverage your strengths such as listening and observation to build meaningful connections.
• Master the art of one-on-one conversations: Learn what it's like to initiate, engage, and deepen conversations in a way that feels natural and authentic to you.
• Develop your online presence: Harness the power of LinkedIn and online communities to expand your network strategically. 
• Prepare and navigate networking events with confidence: I'll share techniques for managing social anxiety, setting realistic goals, and maximizing your time at events.
• How to turn online connections into relationships: Learn how to move virtual interactions to feel comfortable and productive.

Who This is For: This workshop is perfect for business owners who cringe at networking and identify as ambivert (a bit of introvert & extrovert) and introvert. It's also very useful tips for more outgoing business owners who might have a hard time with networking.

About the Speaker: 

Nedra Rezinas (she/her) brings over 20 years of collective business experience to the table, including working with hundreds of businesses on their websites and marketing decisions. She is a marketing strategist and coach who helps service based businesses create a 90 day custom marketing roadmap. In addition, Nedra coaches her clients on how to build confidence, consistently market their business and  gives them permission to market authentically and connecting to their values.

Nedra supports clients who identify as introverted and empathy-driven and who want to connect with people by building authentic relationships that can lead into referral partners and want to removing feelings of shame around promoting themselves to others.
